Please note, NVRC only accepts experienced guest rowers between the months of June to September.

Membership Requirements

NVRC membership and participation in rowing sessions requires the following:

Watching USRowing's safety video
The ability to swim 100 meters and tread water for 5 minutes
Completion of a USRowing waiver of liability - you can complete this once NVRC has registered you as a member of USRowing.
Completion of Safesport Training offered through USRowing. Instructions will be provided following registration.
Payment of membership and rowing fees. Please see the NVRC Regatta Central page via the Register button for exact pricing, which may vary.

Guests may register as a Guest Rower under the NVRC Regatta Central page under Membership and then sign up for the preferred practice. A total of 2 guest rowing sessions per season are allowed.

Registration

Please make sure to read ALL information above before registering. Registration, waivers, and payments are available online only.

The registration process will take between 5 and 10 minutes.

Upon registering with the club and paying the membership fee, NVRC will enroll you into USRowing with a Basic Membership (NVRC covers the administrative fee associated with this). You will then be provided with a login so that you can complete USRowing's liability waiver - which is separate from the NVRC waiver, which will be sent to you from our team after registering your interest.

Both waivers are required for you to row.
